About Lucia Viana
A creative director looking at the whole commercial picture.
Lucia is the owner, creative director, and brand strategist behind I Feel Content. Her point of view is simple: the way a practice attracts a patient and the way that patient experiences the brand should never be designed in isolation.
The origin
Growth you can measure.
A brand people can feel.
The agency began with a broader question than “How do we get more leads?”
What happens when an offer reaches the right person? How quickly does the team respond? Does booking feel considered? Does the environment support the price? Does the experience give someone a reason to return, review, or refer?
I Feel Content is being built around that connected view: a scalable growth engine at the front, with deeper brand and experience work for the practices whose next constraint lives inside the business.

Experience in practice
Brand is what the business does, not only how it looks.
In one prior pregnancy-spa engagement, Lucia’s work extended from a new identity, moodboard, voice, and visual system into pricing, offers, services, location strategy, interiors, uniforms, booking and check-in, social media, reviews, events, influencers, gifting, and broader growth management.
That breadth is the foundation for I Feel Content’s premium transformation work. The new model adds a focused, repeatable entry: begin with acquisition and conversion, build trust through evidence, and deepen the engagement only when the practice needs it.
How the work thinks
Five operating principles.
- 01
Commercial clarity
A beautiful idea still needs a clear job, audience, and measure.
- 02
Connected handoffs
The quality of the journey matters wherever one team, tool, or moment hands a patient to the next.
- 03
Premium trust
Growth should reinforce the reason a practice is chosen—not train the market to wait for a discount.
- 04
Evidence before expansion
Add scope when the system reveals a constraint, not because a capability exists to sell.
- 05
Human judgment
Automation should improve relevance and responsiveness while important decisions remain accountable to people.
